It was established in 1995, near Ningbo downtown – Jiacun, Yinzhou District. It is about 20 kilometer away from Beilun port, 10 kilometer from Hangyong highway, 20 kilometers from Ningbo international airport.
There are about 300 employees in Jinhui. The engineers design tooling and casting by using AutoCAD, Solid works Pro-E software. Jinhui can supply all kinds of common carton steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel. The products is used for spare parts widely in industries of auto, engineering, chemical, construction, metallurgy, boat, machinery, and so on.
Jinhui has set up a complete quality system and got ISO9001 certificate and MCC Germany certificate.
Operations of Jinhui are performed according to program files of casting, forging and machining, and it owns a whole set of advanced chemical and mechanical properties inspecting machinery, such as 60KN tensile strength tester, shock tester, Brielle / Rockwell hardness tester, magnetic particle inspection equipment, reflectoscope, X-ray inspection equipment, Germany spectrometer, 721 photometric discoloration equipment.
Jinhui has 6 casting production lines with an annual production capability over 7000tons, 95% of which are exported to countries and regions like Europe, America, Australia and Middle East, etc.
